What are you waiting for? Make your next tattoo a memorable event! Bill from PEARL CITY TATTOO will be tattooing at the MUDDY WATER TATTOO CONVENTION. OCTOBER 26-28 at the River Center in the Quad Cities.

Appointments are still available for Saturday 12 - 9 pm and Sunday 12- 6 pm

VIP ENTRY AT 2PM
SATURDAY 10 AM TO MIDNIGHT
SUNDAY 10 AM TO 8 PM
